Booking

To verify the availability of villa ellerone, send an e-mail to info@villaellerone.it or fill the form on our website.
The check-in time is between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. The check-out time is before 10:00 am.
If there are delays, please contact promptly the owner via email or mobile phone.
The price shown on the website are for the rental of the villa, in three different options: 24, 16 or 14 persons.
At the moment of arrival a damage deposit of 500 euro (or 500 usd) must be paid cash; in case no damage is caused to the property, this deposit will be entirely refunded before departure. Extra services will be paid at the end of the stay.
The minimum stay varies according to the type of accommodation and period. The bookings are weekly but in low and medium season it is possible to book for 2/3 days. We do not accept bookings for 1 day only.
The stay at the villa can be paid by wire transfer, paypal or credit card
We accept all main credit cards available.
No, the balance should be paid at least 30 days before the arrival at the villa.
The booking deposit is the 20% of the total amount and must be paid to make a reservation.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer (account details will be sent at time of booking) or by online payment with your credit card through paypal.com.
You can withdraw from the contract by a written communication. In case the cancellation is done at least 6 months before the arrival, the 85% of the deposit will be refunded. If you communicate the withdrawal later than the above-mentioned term, we will retain the reservation deposit (20% of the total amount).
If you should fail to show up at the check-in without any previous communication of withdrawal, we will retain the deposit and the balance paid.

During your stay

The owners and keyholder speak italian and english.
The deposit must be paid cash at upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of the stay after the owner has checked the condition of the property. The deposit is of 500 euro, or 500 usd.
It is mandatory to report immediately to the owner any damage or problem in the property: we will endeavour to solve it as soon as possible. We guarantee a full assistance and a prompt intervention compatible with the working hours of the technicians required. If the damage is caused by a guest, a corresponding amount will be subtracted from the damage deposit refund.
No, no pets are allowed
Linens and towels are included and provided in the villa. On wednesday towels are changed. If the villa is booked for more than one week, on saturday the bed linens will also be changed. Toilet towels per person: one small towel, one hand towel, one shower cloth, one pool towel.
Yes, inside the property there are two parking areas, that can accommodate four cars each.
Yes, each kitchen is fitted with hob, kitchen equipment, cutlery and has the necessary crockery.
Yes, the rates include these utilities unless otherwise specified.
During check-in, our staff will provide every technical information about the villa and its facilities. Furthermore, during your stay we are available and you can contact us via e-mail or calling us on the phone (phone numbers will be provided upon arrival).
No, the pool is open from the second saturday of may until the last saturday in september.
The swimming pool is open from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm. Upon arrival, guests will receive the key and the instructions for the pool area.
You can book extra services sending an email to info@villaellerone.it two weeks before your arrival.
We recommend our guests to have a private car.
